The “7th Himalayan Orange Tourism Festival” was successfully organized in City Centre Patna, Bihar from December 11 to 13, 2025 by Association for Conservation & Tourism (ACT). The event brought together domestic and international tourism stakeholders to promote the rural tourism in the region.

The festival featured vibrant cultural programs, including folk dances, showcasing the rich heritages of India. In this event, the domestic & international tourism Stakeholders discussions & meetings were also organized to explore ways to boost the tourism of the region and foster collaboration and identify opportunities for growth of rural tourism in India. During the panel discussions, the experts shared insights on development of rural tourism in eastern & north eastern states of India.

During the events, the esteemed guests such as state ministers of agriculture and rural development of Bihar has also participated in the event and visited the Incredible India Pavilion. The Guests also addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of tourism in Bihar State.

The Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India, actively participated in this tourism festival, presenting tourism promotional initiatives and engaging in panel discussions to promote India’s tourism sector widely. In this event, the Incredible India brouchers & souveniors were also distributed among the visitors & VIP Guests for tourism promotions.
In this three days long tourism event, the tourism stakeholders participated from different parts of India including neighbour countries of India to showcase their tourism & culture and drew significant interest to the attendees to make a global tourism destination in Bihar State.

The festival concluded successfully, with plans to build on the momentum to further promote tourism in Bihar and India. Mr. Raj Basu, Convenor of Association of Conservation and Tourism (ACT), Mr. S.K.Singh, President of Tourism Association of Bihar (TAB) etc were present.
