INGREDIENTS :
- Millet flour -100 gms
- Milk -50 mls
- Egg -1
- Baking powder -3 gms
- Sugar -5 gms
- Cinnamon -2 gms
- Salt -2 gms
- Butter for cooking -10 gms
METHOD:
- Add the dry ingredients – millet flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon powder and sugar – to a bowl. Mix well until combined.
- Now add the milk and eggs to this Mix gently until combined.
- Heat a pan and spread some butter.
- Using a ladle, take some amount of the mixture and pour on the pan, slowly.
- Cook on both sides until golden brown Add more butter as needed. Best served warm
