FOOD : RECIPE OF THE WEEK : MIX MILLET PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Millet flour -100 gms
  2. Milk -50 mls
  3. Egg -1
  4. Baking powder -3 gms
  5. Sugar -5 gms
  6. Cinnamon -2 gms
  7. Salt -2 gms
  8. Butter for cooking -10 gms

METHOD:

  • Add the dry ingredients – millet flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon powder and sugar – to a bowl. Mix well until combined.
  • Now add the milk and eggs to this Mix gently until combined.
  • Heat a pan and spread some butter.
  • Using a ladle, take some amount of the mixture and pour on the pan, slowly.
  • Cook on both sides until golden brown Add more butter as needed. Best served warm
