INGREDIENTS:
- Pineapple slices -1 can
- Bananas (lakatan) -4 , sliced diagonally
- Chopped peanuts -2 cups
- Mayonnaise -1/2 cup
- Lettuce leaves -10 gms
METHOD:
- Slice the bananas diagonally.
- Arrange slices of pineapple and bananas in a platter, lined with lettuce leaves.
- Top with mayonnaise and chopped peanuts.
- Freeze it. And enjoy!
Yield: 8 servings.
