FOOD : RECIPE OF THE WEEK : PINEAPPLE- BANANA SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Pineapple slices -1 can
  2. Bananas (lakatan) -4 , sliced diagonally
  3. Chopped peanuts -2 cups
  4. Mayonnaise -1/2 cup
  5. Lettuce leaves -10 gms

METHOD:

  • Slice the bananas diagonally.
  • Arrange slices of pineapple and bananas in a platter, lined with lettuce leaves.
  • Top with mayonnaise and chopped peanuts.
  • Freeze it. And enjoy!

Yield: 8 servings.
