INGREDIENTS :
- Baking Powder – 20 gm
- Butter – 1 kg
- Icing Sugar – 1 kg
- Flour – 1 kg
- Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
- Marzipan – 300 gm
- Pink Color – 20 gm
- Baking Soda – 10 gm
METHOD :
- Soften the Butter and then beat the Butter ,keep adding sugar and mix well
- Add egg and gradually flour into it .
- Add baking powder and soda and keep beating the mixture till the mixture becomes soft and Fluffy.
- Divide into 2 separate bowls , add pink color in one of the bowls.
- Put in a greased baking tray and in a preheated Oven at 180 ‘c
- Check and bake well , take it outside , let it cool.
- Cut into a rectangular strip , and spray with sugar water . Roll out the marzipan , place the sponge sticks in checkers board style.
- Cut the loaf and serve ,
