The faculty of Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Bhuvaneswar has sucessfully trained the fire officers and station officers of Fire Safety Training Institute Bhuvaneswar about the dining etiquettes.
Talking to the www.thetravelandtoursimtimes.com, Smt. Sharda Ghosh, Principal of Institute of Hotel Management, Bhuvaneswar has informed that IHM, Bhubaneswar is very active in the field of Training, and when it comes to Dining Etiquettes, they dont hesitate.
“Our faculty at the Fire Safety Training Institute at Bhubaneswar have trained the Fire Officers and Station Officers on dining Etiquette,”she added.
Also a famous South Indian recipe , Sadya training was also organkised at IHM,Bhubaneswar.
During Onam, the festival is celebrated with lots of festivity, rituals and most importantly, the delectable food….Sadya… most specific thing that symbolizes this festival is the delicious, hearty and a completely vegetarian feast of ‘Onam Sadya’ served on plantain or banana leaves. A variety of Onam Recipes, comprising of curries, dry veggie dishes, rice, accompaniments and desserts are prepared and served in this meal.
