The well-known, popular and ancient organisation of the migrant Marwari community, Paschim Banga Pradeshik Marwari Sammelan has successfully organised the ninth free legal advisory service camp for resolving family disputes, relationship breakups, marital differences and disputes, property division, as well as disputes related to mutual and business transactions, and other legal problems through legal consultation, advice and mutual settlement to the complainant and the concerned parties in the presence of senior social workers and a large number of community members, at Dhandhaniya House in Girish Park on Sunday, May 4, under the leadership of Mr. Ashok Kumar Dhandhaniya, a well-known and senior advocate of Kolkata High Court and popular president elected for two consecutive sessions of the High Court Bar Association.
The organisation’s general secretary Mr. Kishan Kila said that this time in this camp, complaints and problems of 15 to 16 families were heard seriously and they were given proper guidance, legal consultation, suggestions and mutual settlement through mutual settlement. An attempt was made to resolve the issue. Senior members of the organisation and the legal advisory committee of the organisation try to resolve all these family and commercial disputes through traditional reconciliation and compromise between both the parties.
This time more than 40 community members were present in this camp which is organised every Sunday from 11 am to 1 pm, including Mr. Ratan Lal Agarwal, Satyanarayan Gupta, Dr Suresh Kumar Agarwal, Mr. Mukesh Jindal, Mr. Ramesh Shobhasaria, Mr. Ashok Sancheti,Mr. Ramesh Jain, Mr. Shambhu Modi, Mr. Chandra Shekhar Fitkariwala, Mr. Prakash Kila, Mr. Rahul Agarwal, Mr. Ved Prakash Joshi, Mr. Jogendra Jain, Mr. Mohan Rungta, Mr. Murari Kedia, Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal, Mr. Pramod Jain, Mr. Rajesh Jain, Mr. Girdhari Lal Goenka, Mr. Satish Kumar Agarwal, Mr. Shyam Sundar Goenka, Mr. Jyoti Khemka, Mr. Varun Agarwal, Mr. Kishan Mishra, Sharad Saraf, Deepak Agarwal, Vinay Kundliyan, Bimal Kumar Sudraniya and many other members of the organisation attended and contributed in making the programme a success.
The program was conducted by the general secretary of the organization Mr. Kishan Kila and the vote of thanks was given by senior social worker Mr. Suresh Kumar Aggarwal.
