On the occasion of the 4 Days Buddhist International Travel Mart (BITM) 2025, an International Conference in Kathmandu and Lumbini, Nepal, the Association of Buddhist Tour Operators (ABTO) had requested to the Chief Minister of Lumbini Province in Nepal, Mr. Chet Narayan Acharya that due to huge demand of flight connectivity in Lumbini, please talk and take action to the international organizations to start flight from South Asian Countries.
“Due to the huge Indian domestic tourism market, We also requested to please also start flights from Lumbini to Bodhgaya, Varanasi, Kolkata, Mumbai or Delhi,” said DR. Kaulesh Kumar, Secretary General of Association of Buddhist Tour Operators (ABTO).
In the four days International Conference more than 300 delegates participated , it included more than 100 delegates from 35 Countries.
In the panel discussion, all delegates agreed to work and explore or Promote on Eight Important places in Buddhist Sectors like Lumbini, Bodhgaya, Sarnath, Kushinagar, Sravasti, Rajgir, Vashali and Sankasia.
ABTO have thanked the organizers, NATTA, NTB, Govt. of Nepal, etc. for this grand and successful International Event.
