Evolve, India’s first wellness club for women, set to open in January 2026 at Dhanmill Compound, New Delhi. Conceived as a holistic sanctuary, Evolve is centred on physical, mental, emotional and hormonal well-being, areas that remain significantly underserved within the wellness ecosystem. Guided by its philosophy and tagline, “She deserves the care she gives”, Evolve places women’s lived experiences, recovery and long term health at the heart of its design and programming.

Evolve is founded by Anu Bajaj, an entrepreneur, certified yoga trainer, wellness advocate, philosopher and art curator, whose personal journey in holistic health and yoga forms the spiritual and functional backbone of the club. She is joined by her son, Shivam Bajaj, Founder of Personal Nutrition, a serial entrepreneur bringing modern intelligence to Ayurveda. A sports enthusiast with a strong focus on preventive and performance health, Shivam is also the creator of The Pad, a pickle and padel facility in Gulmohar Centre. His work bridges traditional Indian wellness wisdom with data-driven, modern approaches to lifestyle medicine, making him instrumental in shaping Evolve’s evidence-based, forward-looking wellness model. Together, they are building Evolve on a simple yet powerful philosophy: women first. While women are the primary consumers and drivers of the wellness industry, most wellness spaces still fail to truly centre women’s needs. Evolve seeks to change this by creating an intentionally designed space for women, with a strong focus on recovery, hormonal balance, preventive care and lifestyle health.

The venture has successfully raised a seed round of USD 500,000 (INR 4.3 Cr) at a valuation of INR 30 Cr (USD 3.8M) from prominent Delhi-based founders and investors aligned with the vision. Long-term plans include expansion across major Indian cities, followed by international hubs such as London, Dubai and Los Angeles, along with the development of a strong digital vertical focused on women’s health.
