New Delhi; November 2, 2026: Onora Hospitality, one of India’s fastest-growing hospitality companies, has announced the signing of a 50-key conversion property at Kachi Ghati in Shimla under its ‘jüSTa Hotels & Resorts’ brand. This marks another step in the brand’s expansion across key leisure destinations in North India. The property is expected to be launched in February 2027 and it will be the sixth jüSTa property in Himachal Pradesh.
Strategically located in Kachi Ghati, the property is envisioned as a comprehensive hospitality destination catering to leisure travellers, families, wedding celebrations, social gatherings and corporate events. The upcoming jüSTa-branded property will combine comfortable accommodation with an extensive range of dining, wellness, recreation and event facilities.

The property will feature a swimming pool, spa, dedicated children’s play area, recreational spaces, a restaurant and a café. A key highlight will be its banquet hall and adjoining lawn, with a combined capacity of approximately 400 guests, positioning the property as a promising venue for destination weddings, celebrations and social events in Shimla. Further strengthening its accessibility for event-led business, the property will offer parking facilities for approximately 50 cars, a significant advantage for weddings, group travel and large gatherings.
With jüSTa coming on board, the property will benefit from the brand’s hospitality expertise, distribution network, sales capabilities and revenue management systems to strengthen its market positioning and enhance its commercial potential.
