Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, one of India’s leading hospitality companies, today announced the signing of Lemon Tree Premier, Visakhapatnam. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
The signing expands the group’s footprint in Andhra Pradesh, where its portfolio now includes six operational hotels and seven upcoming properties. Lemon Tree Premier introduces an upscale offering to Visakhapatnam, complementing the group’s existing footprint in the city which includes the Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Daba Gardens and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels in Gajuwaka.
Located in Visakhapatnam, a prominent commercial, industrial and leisure destination in Andhra Pradesh, the hotel will feature 110 well-appointed rooms, along with a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, fitness centre, swimming pool and spa. Designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers, the property will offer a contemporary and comfortable stay experience, complemented by facilities suited to meetings, events and leisure stays.

The hotel will benefit from connectivity to key transportation hubs. Visakhapatnam International Airport is approximately 39 km from the property and can be reached in around 1 hour and 25 minutes. The hotel is also well connected by road through public and private transport from major cities across India, offering convenient access for both business and leisure travellers.
