Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a hotel in Lucknow under the Claridges Collection brand. This project is a brownfield development.
Ms. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President, Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “Lucknow has evolved into one of North India’s most promising destinations, supported by the city’s cultural richness, improving infrastructure and rising commercial activity, enhancing its appeal for both business and leisure travellers. The addition of Claridges Collection, Lucknow will further strengthen IHCL’s brandscape in the city. We are pleased to continue our partnership with MD Projects Pvt. Ltd. with this project.”
Located on Lohia Path, the 108‑key Claridges Collection, Lucknow is designed to mirror the city’s timeless opulence, drawing inspiration from the architectural heritage of Awadh and blending classic charm with modern sophistication. The hotel features an all‑day dining restaurant, a bar, two specialty restaurants and a lobby lounge that will serve as an inviting social space. Guests will also have access to a swimming pool, a fitness centre and a spa offering holistic wellness rituals. The hotel features meeting rooms and a banquet hall spanning over 4,000 sq. ft. supported by dedicated pre-function areas for events and gatherings.

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 11 hotels in Lucknow, including 6 under development.
