RAILWAY: REGULATION OF TRAINS DUE TO DEVELOPMENTAL WORKS IN ADRA DIVISION

KOLKATA, 22 DECEMBER 2023:

In view of Combined Weekly Rolling Block in Adra Division of South Eastern Railway from 25.12.2023(Monday) to 31.12.2023(Sunday), the following Trains will be regulated as under:

Cancellation:

08644/08643(Asansol-Adra-Asansol) Memu journey commencing on 28.12.2023 will be cancelled.

Short Termination/Short Origination of Trains:

03594/03593 Asansol-Purulia-Asansol MEMU, journey commencing on 29.12.2023, will be short terminated at/short originated from Adra. Service between Adra-Purulia-Adra will remain cancelled.

 Controlling:

18184(Ara-Tata) Express journey commencing on 28.12.2023 controlling  30 minutes in section between Burnpur-Bero.

CANCELLATION OF TRAINS FOR NI WORK OVER NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY:

Due to pre non-interlocking/non-interlocking work in connection with Chhapra Yard remodelling work and doubling between Chhapra & Gautamsthan Railway station and 3rd line work between Chhapra & Chhapra Kachery in Varanasi Division over North Eastern Railway, following trains will be cancelled as under:-

CANCELLATION:

13137 Kolkata – Azamgarh Weekly Express (journey commencing on 25.12.2023 & 1.1.2024)

13138 Azamgarh – Kolkata Weekly Express (journey commencing on 26.12.2023 & 2.1.2024)

13105 Sealdah – Ballia Express (journey commencing from 28.12.2023 to 8.1.2024)

13106 Ballia – Sealdah Express (journey commencing from 29.12.2023 to 9.1.2024)

CONTINUATION OF KOLKATA – ANAND VIHAR – KOLKATA  SPECIAL TRAIN:

To clear extra rush of passengers, it has been decided to continue the service of 03117/03118 Kolkata – Anand Vihar  – Kolkata special train as per its existing path, timings & stoppages.

03117 Kolkata – Anand Vihar  special will leave Kolkata on 26.12.2023 and 03118 Anand Vihar – Kolkata Special will leave Anand Vihar  on 28.12.2023. The train will have General second class, Sleper class & Air-conditioned accommodations.
