To clear the extra rush of passengers during summer season, Railway has decided to run two numbers of Summer Special trains between Howrah – Indore and Ernakulam-Patna.
09335 Indore-Howrah Summer Special will leave Indore at 22:30 hrs. on 19.04.2024 (Friday – 01 trip) to reach Howrah at 06:00 hrs. on the third day and 09336 Howrah-Indore Summer Special will leave Howrah at 18:00 hrs. on 21.04.2024 (Sunday – 01 trip) to reach Indore at 00:50 hrs. on the third day. The train will stop at Durgapur, Asansol stations over Asansol Division of Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both directions enroute. The train will have general second class, sleeper class and air-conditioned accommodations.
Moreover, 06085 Ernakulam – Patna Unreserved Summer Special will leave Ernakulam at 23:00 hrs. on every Friday between 19.04.2024 to 28.06.2024 (11 trips) to reach Patna at 03:30 hrs. on the fourth day and 06086 Patna-Ernakulam Unreserved Summer Special will leave Patna at 23:45 hrs. on every Monday between 22.04.2024 to 01.07.2024 (11 trips) to reach Ernakulam at 10:30 hrs. on the fourth day. The train will stop at Asansol, Chittaranjan, Jamtara, Madhupur & Jasidih stations over Asansol Division of Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both directions enroute.
CONTINUATION OF PATNA-PURI-PATNA AND HOWRAH-PATNA-HOWRAH SPECIAL TRAINS:
For the convenience of the passengers, Railway will continue the running of 03230/03229 (Patna – Puri – Patna) and 02024/02023 (Patna – Howrah – Patna) Special trains to clear extra rush with existing days of run, timings and stoppages.
03230 Patna – Puri Special will run on every Thursday Between 02.05.2024 and 25.07.2024 (13 trips) & 03229 Puri – Patna Special will run on every Friday between 03.05.2024 & 26.07.2024 (13 trips) and with existing stoppage, path, timings .
02024 Patna – Howrah Special will run on every Sunday between 05.05.2024 and 28.07.2024 (13 trips) & 02023 Howrah – Patna Special will run on every Sunday between 05.05.2024 and 28.07.2024 (13 trips) with existing stoppage, path, timings.
SUMMER SPECIAL TRAIN TO RUN BETWEEN MALDA AND DIGHA WITH STOPPAGES OVER ASANSOL DIVISION:
Acknowledging the notable surge in travel demand during summer season, Railway endeavors to furnish passengers with convenient and comfortable transportation choices. The heightened interest in travel during the summer season frequently poses challenges in obtaining train tickets. Railway has decided to run a Summer Special train between Malda Town and Digha to clear the extra rush of passengers.
03465 Malda Town – Digha Summer Special will leave Malda Town at 13:25 hrs. on every Saturday between 20.04.2024 & 29.06.2024 (11 trips) to reach Digha at 02:00 hrs. on the next day and 03466 Digha – Malda Town Summer Special will leave Digha at 05:00 hrs. on every Sunday between 21.04.2024 & 30.06.2024 (11 trips) to reach Malda Town at 18:00 hrs. on the same day.
The special train will stop at Andal & Asansol stations within Asansol Division of Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both directions enroute. The special train will have general second class, sleeper class & air- conditioned accommodations.
