KOLKATA, 21 APRIL 2024:
To clear the extra rush of passengers during summer season, Railway has decided to run two numbers of Summer Special trains between Howrah & Lal Kuan and Ranchi-Bhagalpur.
05060 Lal Kuan-Howrah Summer Special will leave Lal Kuan at 14:00 hrs. on every Thursday between 25.04.2024 & 27.06.2024 (10 trips) to reach Howrah at 21:30 hrs. on the next day and 05059 Howrah-Lal Kuan Summer Special will leave Howrah at 23:30 hrs. on every Friday between 26.04.2024 & 28.06.2024 (10 trips) to reach Lal Kuan at 13:55 hrs. on the third day. The train will stop at Jasidih, Asansol & Durgapur stations over Asansol Division of Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both directions enroute. The train will have general second class, sleeper class and air-conditioned accommodations.
Moreover, 08014 Ranchi – Bhagalpur Summer Special will leave Ranchi at 23:25 hrs. on every Thursday between 25.04.2024 & 27.06.2024 (10 trips) to reach Bhagalpur at 12:00 hrs. on the next day and 08013 Bhagalpur-Ranchi Summer Special will leave Bhagalpur at 14:30 hrs. on every Friday between 26.04.2024 & 28.06.2024 (10 trips) to reach Ranchi at 03:30 hrs. on the next day. The train will stop at Chittaranjan, Madhupur & Jasidih stations over Asansol Division of Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both directions enroute. The train will have general second class, sleeper class and air-conditioned accommodations.
Passenger Special Train to run between Jasidih and Asansol on 21st April 2024:
To provide relief to the Passengers from the Power & Traffic Block which has been planned on 21.04.2024, a Passengers’ Special Train from Jasidih to Asansol will start from Jasidih station at 13:30 Hrs – stopping at all stations enroute.
