To clear the extra rush of passengers, Railways has decided to run special trains between , Secunderbad & Raxaul . Recognizing the significant demand for travel during this time, Railway aims to provide convenient and comfortable transportation options for
passengers.
07005 Secunderabad – Raxaul Summer Special will leave Secunderabad at 22:00 hrs. on every Monday between 22.04.2024 and  24.06.2024 (10 trips) to reach Raxaul at 16:50 hrs. on the 3rd day.
07006 Raxaul – Secunderabad Summer Special will leave Raxaul at 03:15 hrs. on every Thrusday between 25.04.2024 & 27.06.2024 (10 trips) to reach Secunderabad at 19:40 hrs. on the next day.
The train will stop at Jaisidih, Madhupur and Chittaranjan stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both directions enroute. The train will have general second Class, sleeper class and air-conditioned accommodations.
Two demu trains converted to memu trains for more passenger comfort.
In line with the dedication to providing swifter and seamless connectivity powered by clean energy, Eastern Railway has arranged for the transition of two key services to MEMU (Mainline Electric Multiple Unit) operations. Effective April 18, 2024, the following services will be converted from DEMU (Diesel Electric Multiple Unit) to MEMU:
1. 03539/03538 (73539/73538) Andal – Jasidih – Andal Passenger Special.
2. 03581/03582 (73581/73582) Jasidih – Baka – Jasidih Passenger Special.
This conversion to MEMU services heralds a new era of comfort and efficiency for passengers travelling along these routes.
The MEMU rake will offer enhanced acceleration, ensuring a smoother and more rapid journey propelled by electric traction.
