RAILWAYS : STOPPAGE OF 12317/12318 KOLKATA – AMRITSAR – KOLKATA BI-WEEKLY EXPRESS AT PHAGWARA STATION OVER NORTHERN RAILWAY

KOLKATA, 12 JANUARY 2024:

For the convenience of the passengers, Railways has arranged for additional stoppage of 12317/12318 Kolkata – Amritsar – Kolkata Bi-Weekly Express at Phagwara station over Northern Railway on an experimental basis.

12317 Kolkata – Amritsar Bi-weekly Express (journey commencing on & from 14.1.2024) will arrive Phagwara station at 15:06 hrs. and start from there at 15:07 hrs. whereas in opposite direction 12318 Amritsar – Kolkata Bi-weekly Express (journey commencing on & from 16.1.2024) will arrive Phagwara station at 07:25 hrs. and start from there at 07:26 hrs.

The new stoppage of this train at Phagwara station will provide better rail connectivity for the movement of the inhabitants of that area.

ADDITIONAL DIVERSION OF TRAINS IN LUCKNOW DIVISION

OVER NORTHERN RAILWAY:

Due to Infrastructure related works in Lucknow – Barabanki- Ayoddha Cantt.- Shahganj – Zafarabad section of Lucknow Division over Northern Railway from 15.01.2024 to 21.01.2024, following trains will be diverted as under:-

DIVERSION:

Diversion via Varanasi – Ma Belhadevi Dham Pratapgarh Jn – Lucknow

13009/13010 Howrah – Yog Nagari Rishikesh – Howrah Doon Express (journey commencing on 20.01.2024 & 21.01.2024)

13151 Kolkata – Jammu Tawi SF Express (journey commencing on 20.01.2024 & 21.01.2024)

13152 Jammu Tawi – Kolkata SF Express (journey commencing on 15.01.2024 to 21.01.2024)

COMBINED ROLLING BLOCK IN ADRA DIVISION:

For execution of Combined rolling Block in Adra Division of South Eastern Railway from 15.01.2024(Monday) to 21.01.2024(Sunday), the following Trains will be regulated as under:

Cancellation:

08644/08643(Asansol-Adra-Asansol) Memu journey commencing on 18.01.2024 & 20.01.2024 will be cancelled.

03598/03597(Asansol-Ranchi-Asansol) Memu journey commencing on 20.01.2024 will be cancelled.

Short Termination/Short Origination of Trains:

08174/08652 Tata-Asansol-Barabhum MEMU, journey commencing on 16.01.2024, will be short terminated at/short originated from Adra. Service between Adra-Asansol-Adra will remain cancelled.
