Leisure Hotels Group (LHG), North India’s leading experiential resort chain anda proud homegrown brand from Uttarakhand, is set to further consolidate its leadership in Corbett with the launchof another experiential resort this December. With this addition, the Group will operate four distinctive propertiesoffering over 260 accommodation options—ranging from cottage-style rooms and suites to immersive swiss tents,making it Corbett’s most diverse and expansive portfolio.

Since its foray into Corbett in 1993, LHG has played a pioneering role in shaping the destination’s wildernessexperience, creating Sanctuaries that blend seamlessly with nature and offer guests an immersive, authentic stay.
Opening its first riverside retreat when Corbett had only a handful of organised accommodation options, the Grouphelped lay the foundation for India’s premier wildlife destination. Today, Corbett represents nearly 35% of LHG’sUttarakhand portfolio.

The journey has been marked by milestones that redefined Corbett’s hospitality. The Riverview Retreat (2000)introduced cottage-style accommodations nestled alongside the Kosi River, Jamoon Camp (2010) brought immersivetented lodging close to the forest, and Taj Corbett Resort & Spa (2016) elevated the region’s luxury positioning. Theupcoming experiential resort (2025) will add further scale and depth to LHG’s presence in Corbett.
