Renowned actress and Member of Parliament Ms Kangana Ranaut arrived in Indore from Mumbai on Wednesday, December 24. Thereafter, she boarded the PM Shri Tourism Heli Service and departed from Indore for Omkareshwar by helicopter at 3:00 pm. Upon reaching Omkareshwar, she offered prayers at the Omkareshwar Temple and returned to Indore at 5:00 pm via the PM Shri Tourism Heli Service.
MP Ms Ranaut lauded the PM Shri Tourism Heli Service, describing it as extremely convenient, time-saving and safe for pilgrims and tourists alike. She stated that the ability to visit major religious destinations within a single day is the service’s most significant feature.
Notably, under the guidance of Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav, Madhya Pradesh has become the first state in the country to initiate intra-state air services. Through the PM Shri Tourism Heli Service, major religious, natural and tourism destinations across the State are being connected via air routes. With the regular operation of the PM Shri Tourism Heli Service, tourism in Madhya Pradesh is gaining new momentum, and the State is rapidly emerging as one of the country’s leading tourism and spiritual destinations.
