A high-level delegation of the Maha All India Marwari Federation (MAIMF), led by its Founder and General Secretary Mr. Kishan Kila, paid a courtesy visit to Industries Minister of the Government of West Bengal, Mr. Tapas Roy, and held meaningful and detailed discussions on important issues such as the state’s industrial development, investment promotion, and the active participation of members of the Marwari community in the industrial sector.
The delegation included National President Mr. Ratan Lal Agrawal, noted industrialist Mr. Anil Vijayvargiya, Mr. Nirmal Kumar Agrawal, and Mr. Amit Kedia.
During the meeting, the delegation discussed the opportunities available for industry and trade in West Bengal and expressed its desire to ensure greater participation of entrepreneurs and investors from the Marwari community in the state’s industrial development. The delegation expressed confidence that the community’s experience and contribution in the fields of industry, trade, and investment could provide fresh momentum to the state’s economic progress.
Hon’ble Industries Minister Mr. Tapas Roy shared detailed information about the various important measures and policy initiatives undertaken by the state government to promote industries, attract investment, generate employment, and develop an industry-friendly environment. He appealed to the business community to increase investment in West Bengal and assured them that the state government is committed to providing every possible support for industrial development and to investors.
The meeting was held in a very cordial and positive atmosphere. Both sides agreed to maintain continuous dialogue and cooperation in the future to further strengthen and enrich West Bengal from an industrial perspective.
