NSHM Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management, Durgapur continued its tradition of joy and festivity with the annual Cake Mixing Ceremony held on 29 November 2023.
This cherished event, observed for the past three years, pays homage to the 17th-century Great British tradition of ushering in the festive season. The ritual involves the delightful mixing of various dried fruits, spices, and a selection of liquors, creating a concoction that symbolizes the spirit of celebration.
As participants come together to blend these ingredients, the ceremony marks the commencement of joyous times ahead. The event was attended by Principals and teachers of renowned schools of Durgapur along with all NSHM members.
