KOLKATA, 17 SEPTEMBER 2023:

Announcement of the new executive along with the annual convention and felicitation ceremony 2023 of the international organization Rachakar – a literary and cultural revolution took place at the Rajasthan Informations and Cultural Office in Kolkata on Saturday evening.

This year altogether nine awards  will be handed over including six to seven prizes to poets of Rajasthani, Bengali and Urdu language, said Mr. Rawel Pusp,  publicity secretary of Rachnakar.

Mr. Hinglag Dan Ratnoo, assistant director of information and culture of Rajasthan government in Kolkata, Mr. Suresh Choudhary, founder president, Mr. Rawel Pusp, publicity secretary, Smt.Rachna Saran, Working President, Kolkata, Smt. Moushumi Prasad, incharge virtual poetry and seminar etc were present on the occasssion.

Mr. Suresh Chaudhury said that this time 30 delegates will attaend the grand ceremony and cultural programmee on 1 st October the auditorium of Kolkata Bharatiya Bhasha Parishad in which many literature lovers from the country and abroad will be present. He also said that during the covid -19 pandemic period all programmes have been organised in the virtual mode.

“ On 30 th September we have oragnised a boating tour along with a dinner at the River Ganges for the dignitaries who are coming to attend our felicitation ceremony and cultural event from outside West Bengal,”said Smt. Rachna Saran.

Mr. Hinglaj Dan Ratnoo said that the Rachnakar has been working tirelessly throughout the world to spread the hindi language and literature and culture of the country and the Rajasthan Government’s information and cultural department will continue to actively support all its future programmes also .

Mr. Ravel Pushp has informed that the names  and awards for the year 2023 have been  announced. The jury headed by Founder President, Mr. Suresh Chaudhary has decided the names for all the 9 honors and awards.

  1. Writer Karmayogi Nanigopal Regional Sahitya Samman, which carries a citation and Rs 7100, is sponsored by his daughter-in-law Dr (Prof) Soma Bandopadhyay in the memory of late Nani Gopal Chakraborty. The names of those who will be given this honor are as follows –

For Bengali Literature: Dr. Ramkumar Mukherjee, Kolkata For Urdu Literature: Janab Fa Shin Ijaz, Kolkata For Rajasthani Language Mr. Jagdish Dan Ratnoo of  Bikaner.

  1. Rachnakar Sahityagandha Pragya Samman- Shri Vishwajeet Sapna- Hyderabad ( Award by Shri Govind Dodrajka sponsored).
  2. Rachnakar Surbhi Kala Vibhuti Samman: Shri Mithilesh Kumar Singh, Patna (Award sponsored by Shri Govind Dodrajka
  3. Rachnakar Durgavati Chaudhary Smriti Sahitya Sarathi Samman: Shri Yogendra Shukla ‘Suman’, Kolkata, (Award given by Shri Suresh Chaudhary in the memory of his mother)

  1. Three major honors have been announced by the Dinkar Sanskriti Sangam Trust established by the grandson of Ramdhari Singh Dinkar ji and a joint project of the Rachankar .

Rachanakar  Dinkar Sahitya Shiromani Award: Shri Mrityunjay Kumar Singh, Kolkata; Rachnakar Dinkar Sahitya Sevi Samman will be given to Shri Bishwambhar Nevar, Kolkata and Rachnakar Dinkar Sahitya Shikhar Samman will be given to Shri Buddhinath Mishra, Dehradun.

The new executive committee will also be formally announced in this annual convention. The proposed executive is as follows:
