This festive season, Singh Sahib at Eros Hotel New Delhi presents Taste of Soul, a special culinary offering created to celebrate and cherish the blessings of Lord Ganesha. The experience brings together festive flavours and specially prepared vegetarian delicacies for guests to enjoy during the occasion.
The menu brings a festive touch to familiar favourites, with highlights include Katachi Amti with Pooran Poli, a traditional sweet bread served with khatti dal, and Festival Thali, Chaat Platter along with a Modak Platter offering three varieties of the festive favourite served with Shrikhand.
Adding to the occasion, cooking demonstrations will offer guests a closer look at the preparation of festive dishes. Paired with local beverages, complementing the specially curated offerings.
With its festive selection and celebratory spirit, Taste of Soul offers guests an opportunity to come together and savour the flavours of the season while celebrating the blessings of Lord Ganesha.
