KOLKATA, 3 MAY 2023:
For the convenience of the commuters, Special train between Puri & Patna will continue its run for another eight (08) more trips with existing stoppage, days of run and timings.
08439 Puri – Patna Special will run on every Saturday between 06.05.2023 & 24.06.2023 (08 trips) and 08440 Patna – Puri Special will run on every Sunday Between 07.05.2023 and 25.06.2023 (08 trips).
The trains will have General Second Class, Sleeper Class and air condition coaches.
AUGMENTATION OF AC 3-TIER COACH IN TWO EXPRESS TRAINS :
To clear extra rush of passengers, Railway has decided to augment One additional AC 3-Tier coach on temporary basis with 12495/12496 Bikaner – Kolkata – Bikaner Pratap Express leaving Bikaner from 04.05.2023 to 25.05.2023 (on nominated days) & leaving Kolkata from 05.05.2023 to 26.05.2023 (on nominated days) and also with 19608/19607 Madar Jn –Kolkata –Madar Jn weekly Express leaving Madar Jn. from 01.05.2023 to 29.05.2023 (on nominated days) & leaving Kolkata from 04.05.2023 to 01.06.2023 (on nominated days).
POWER AND TRAFFIC BLOCK BETWEEN JASIDIH & BAIDYANTHDHM STATIONS:
For execution of track maintenance work between Jasidih & Baidyanathdham Single line Section of Eastern Railway’s Asansol Division, power and traffic block will be imposed for five (5) hours from 11:00 hrs. to 16.00 hrs. on every Friday, Sunday and Tuesday between 05.05.2023 & 19.05.2023. Consequently, the following arrangements have been made for train services:-
03770 Jhajha – Jasidih MEMU Passenger, 03565/03566, 03657/03658, 03659/03660 and 03661/03662 Jasidih – Baidyanathdham MEMU Special will remained cancelled on block days i.e Friday, Sunday and Tuesday between 05.05.2023 & 19.05.2023.
03573 Jasidih – Kiul MEMU Special will be short originate from Jhajha during the above period.
Inconvenience to be caused to the passengers is sincerely regretted.
