INGREDIENTS :
Chicken stripes / Julienne – Boneless
Corn Flour
Rice Flour
Flour
Baking Powder
Gandharaj lemon juice , Zest
Lemon
Ginger Garlic Paste
Coriander Green Chilly Paste
Salt
Oil for Fry
METHOD :
Boneless chicken cut into medium long stirpes , marinate with lemon and Gandhoraj juice and zest , ginger and garlic paste ,
seasoning , keep for minimum 30 minutes , dusted in Mix flour .
Heat the oil into medium heat , fry the chicken , stir it nicely so that it stick together ,
GARNISH :
Serve with Mint chutney , Kasundi
Lemon Wedge , Fried chillies
