INGREDIENTS :
Spinach
Green Peas
Mint
Green Chilly
Ginger
Garlic
Ghee
Onion
Carrot
Beans
Coriander
Pepper
Chat Masala
Processed Cheese
Whole Cashew
Slat and Sugar
Potato ( Boiled and Mashed )
METHOD :
Clean and Wash all the vegetables and Spinach , Heat water put salt , blanch the vegetables , dipped into cold water , strain from water and make dry .
Heat the pan , put refined and ghee together , cook chopped onion , garlic and ginger , add all vegetables . saute nicely till the moister are gone , add the spinach at last , add smashed potato , mix with turmeric and other spices , Cook it nicely , let the moister over out . Cool the mixture , keep a side , Make equal dough for portion , take individual and stuffed with Cheese , make a smooth Tikki , put cashew whole one piece at top as garnish , Golden fry till cooked n crisp .
GARNISH :
Pickled Salad , Fried chilly , Lemon Wedge , Mint Chutney , Roasted Papad Roll .
