• Cancellation fee for Domestic Flights – 100% cancellation charges within 2 hours of the flight departure time | Departure within 0 to 3 days – ₹ 3500 or 100% of airfare charge (whichever is lower) | Departure within 4 to 14 days ₹ 3000 or 100% of airfare charge (whichever is lower) | Departure 15 days and more – free Cancellation.
• Cancellation fee for International Flights – 100% cancellation charges within 4 hours of the flight departure time | Departure within 0 to 3 days – ₹ 5000 (or equivalent currency)| Departure within 4 to 14 days ₹ 4500 (or equivalent currency) | Departure 15 days and more – free Cancellation.
• Rescheduling fee for Domestic Flights – No Changes allowed within 2 hours of the flight departure time | Departure within 0 to 3 days – ₹ 3000 + difference in base fare/taxes | Departure within 4 to 14 days ₹ 2500 + difference in base fare/taxes | Departure 15 days and more – 1 free change permitted + difference in base fare/taxes will be applicable.
• Rescheduling fee for International Flights – No Changes allowed within 4 hours of the flight departure time | Departure within 0 to 3 days – ₹ 4000 + difference in base fare/taxes | Departure within 4 to 14 days ₹ 3500 + difference in base fare/taxes | Departure 15 days and more – 1 free change permitted + difference in base fare/taxes will be applicable.
• In case of a no-show, no refund will be given.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer and is not applicable on group bookings.
• Go First reserves the right to change the Cancellation/Change Fees from time to time without any prior intimation.
