Inspired by the lush surroundings of Corbett National Park, glistening river Kosi and the rich culinary heritage of Asia, Makrut’s debut menu features an array of signature dishes meticulously curated by our team of expert chefs. From the Exotic Vegetables Dim Sum to Steamed John dory with lemon garlic sauce each dish is a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. For winters Tom Yum Soup (Thailand) spicy and sour soup and Pho (Vietnam) a traditional noodle soup often preferred by the customer.
