RAILWAY : DIVERSION OF TRAINS FOR NI WORK OVER NORTHEAST FRONTIER RAILWAY

KOLKATA, 20 DECEMBER 2023:

Due to pre non-interlocking/non-interlocking work at Changsari & Agthori stations in connection with commissioning of double line in Raina /Lumding Divisions over Northeast Frontier Railway, from 17.12.2023 to 26.12.2023, following trains will be diverted as under:-

15657 Delhi – Kamakhya Brahmaputra Mail (journey commencing on 18.12.2023 to 24.12.2023) will be diverted via New Bongaigaon-Goalpara Town-Kamakhya skipping the stoppages at Bongaigaon-Bijni-Barpeta Road-Nalbari-Rangiya Jn.
15625 Deoghar – Agartala Weekly Express (journey commencing on 25.12.2023) will be diverted via New Bongaigaon-Goalpara Town-Kamakhya skipping the stoppage at Rangiya Jn.
15959 Howrah – Dibrugarh Kamrup Express (journey commencing on 19.12.2023, 20.12.2023, 21.12.2023, 23.12.2023 & 24.12.2024) will be via diverted via New Bongaigaon-Goalpara Town-Kamakhya skipping the stoppages at Bongaigaon-Sorbhog Jn-Barpeta Road-Pathsala-Tihu-Nalbari-Rangiya Jn.
15626 Agartala – Deoghar Weekly Express (journey commencing on 23.12.2023) will be diverted via Kamakhya-Goalpara Town-New Bongaigaon skipping its stoppage at Rangiya Jn.
12552 Kamakhya – SMVT Bengaluru AC Superfast Express (journey commencing on 20.12.2023) will be diverted via Kamakhya-Goalpara Town-New Bongaigaon skipping its stoppage at Rangiya Jn.
15658 Kamakhya – Delhi Brahmaputra Mail (journey commencing on 20.12.2023 to 26.12.2023) will be diverted via Kamakhya-Goalpara Town-New Bongaigaon skipping its stoppage at Rangiya Jn.-Nalbari-Barpeta Road-Bijni-Bongaigaon.
15630 Silghat Town – Tambaram Nagaon Express (journey commencing on 22.12.2023) will be diverted via Kamakhya-Goalpara Town-New Bongaigaon skipping its stoppage at Rangiya Jn.
12510 Guwahati – SMVT Bengaluru Superfast Express (journey commencing on 24.12.2023, 25.12.2023, 26.12.2023) will be diverted via Kamakhya-Goalpara Town-New Bongaigaon skipping its stoppage at Rangiya Jn.-Barpeta Road-Bongaigaon.
15648 Guwahati – Lokmanya Tilak Mumbai LTT Express (journey commencing on 26.12.2023) will be diverted via Kamakhya-Goalpara Town-New Bongaigaon skipping its stoppage at Rangiya Jn.-Barpeta Road.
15640 Kamakhya – Puri Express (journey commencing on 24.12.2023) will be diverted via Kamakhya-Goalpara Town-New Bongaigaon skipping its stoppage at Rangiya Jn.-Barpeta Road.
13176 Silchar – Sealdah Kanchanjungha Express (journey commencing on 22.12.2023 & 25.12.2023) will be diverted via Kamakhya-Goalpara Town-New Bongaigaon skipping its stoppage at Rangiya Jn.-Barpeta Road-Bongaigaon.
13174 Agartala – Sealdah Kanchanjungha Express (journey commencing on 23.12.2024 & 24.12.2024) will be diverted via Kamakhya-Goalpara Town-New Bongaigaon skipping its stoppage at Rangiya Jn-Barpeta Road-Bongaigaon.
15960 Dibrugarh – Howrah Kamrup Express (journey commencing on 22.12.2023, 23.12.2023 & 25.12.2023) will be diverted via Kamakhya-Goalpara Town-New Bongaigaon skipping its stoppage at Bongaigaon-Sorbhog-Barpeta Road-Pathsala-Tihu-Nalbari-Rangiya Jn.

REGULATION OF TRAINS FOR NI WORK OVER NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY:

Due to pre non-interlocking/non-interlocking work in connection with Chhapra Yard remodelling work and doubling with electrification work in between Chhapra & Gautamsthan Railway station and 3rd line work between Chhapra & Chhapra Kachery in Varanasi Division over North Eastern Railway from 19.12.2023 to 08.01.2024, following arrangements in train running will be made:-

CANCELLATION

15028 Gorakhpur – Hatia Express (journey commencing on 20.12.2023 to 8.1.2024)

15027 Hatia – Gorakhpur Express (journey commencing on 21.12.2023 to 9.1.2024)

DIVERSION

15097 Bhagalpur – Jammu Tawi Express (journey commencing on 28.12.2023 & 4.1.2024) will be diverted via Muzaffarpur-Narkatiganj-Paniya Hawa-Gorakhpur instead of its existing route Muzaffarpur-Chhapra Gramin-Gorakhpur.

18182 Thawe – Tatanagar Express (journey commencing on 20.12.2023, 21.12.2023, 23.12.2023, 24.12.2023, 27.12.2023, 28.12.2023, 30.12.2023, 31.12.2023, 3.1.2024, 4.1.2024, 6.1.2024 & 7.1.2024 will be diverted via Thawe-Masrakh-Khairah-Chhapra Gramin instead of its existing route Thawe Jn-Sivan Jn-Chhapra-Chhapra Gramin.

Moreover, 13019 Howrah – Kathgodam Bagh Express (journey commencing on 22.12.2023, 24.12.2023, 25.12.2023, 27.12.2023, 28.12.2023, 29.12.2023, 30.12.2023, 31.12.2023, 2.1.2024, 3.1.2024, 5.1.2024, 6.1.2024 & 7.1.2024) will be suitably controlled for 30 minutes enroute.
