Classic Fish n chips

5 rice Flour 15 gm
6 egg 1 gm
7 Cornflour 20 gm
8 Maida 20 gm
9 Lemon 1 gm
10 green peas 50 gm
11 Mint 3 gm
12 Mayonnaise 30 gm
13 olives 4 gm
14 Gherkins 4 gm
15 Capers 2 gm
16 Parsley 4 gm
17 French fries 100 gm
18 Oil 30 ml
19 Baking powder 2 gm
20 Pickled Onion 10 gm
21 microgreens 3 gm

METHOD:

  1. Marinate fish with salt, pepper, olive oil, thyme, kasundi, egg.
  2. Crumb it properly and give proper shape to it.
  3. Fry fish till golden brown in color
  4. Serve it with French fries, green peas mash, tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
