METHOD:
- Marinate fish with salt, pepper, olive oil, thyme, kasundi, egg.
- Crumb it properly and give proper shape to it.
- Fry fish till golden brown in color
- Serve it with French fries, green peas mash, tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
