METHOD:
- Slice vegetables and saute add chicken and masala gravy and spices and prepare chicken khurchan mixture.
- Cut Panini in half. Put cheesy mayo both sides.
- Place the chicken mix and cheese on bottom half.
- Put butter on both half outside.
- Close the Panini and grill.
- Cut in two and serve with mustard, and papaya relish and potato wedges
