METHOD:
- Mince the meat with spics and cheese. Cook the mince and let it cool.
- Add chop green chilli, ginger, cheese, onion to the cooked mince and check seasoning.
- Stuff it in layered dough and cook in tandoor.
- Serve hot with mutton gravy with mince.
