7 Garlic 5 gm
8 Coriander Powder 5 gm
9 Black Cardamom Powder 1 gm
10 Salt 4 gm
11 Mutton Mince 80 gm
12 Amul Cheese 20 gm
13 Onion 20 gm
14 Green Chilly 5 gm
15 Ginger 5 gm
16 Mutton Gravy 150 gm
17 Maida Dough 100 gm

METHOD:

  1. Mince the meat with spics and cheese. Cook the mince and let it cool.
  2. Add chop green chilli, ginger, cheese, onion to the cooked mince and check seasoning.
  3. Stuff it in layered dough and cook in tandoor.
  4. Serve hot with mutton gravy with mince.
