RECIPE OF THE WEEK : DRY FRUIT TACO

Dry Fruite Taco

1 Cashew nuts 60
2 Pista 30
3 Almond powder 10
4 Honey 15
5 Sugar 120
6 Cardamom powder 5
7 Almond chpped 10
8 silver vark 2nos
9 saffron
1  cashew nuts powder
2 For the filling, mix all the chopped nuts, honey and saffron. Keep it aside.
3 Put saffron in a small bowl of hot water. Add sliced almonds and keep it for 10 mins. (This is done so that the almonds turn yellow in colour.)
4 Now, take cashew nuts,to make taco . . Add the filling in the taco and topup with saffron and drizzle honey.
5 Garnish with sliced pistachio
