INGREDIENTS:
Flour- 75 gms
Salt -2 gms
Coriander leaves -30 gms
Sliced onions- 60 gms
Green chilies -10 gms
Ghee -10 gms
Paneer -80 gms
Green Capsicum -30 gms
Chat masala -5 gms
Lemon -2
Butter- 15 gms
Refined Oil -0.010 litre
Tomato Garlic Chutney -0.040 lt
green chutney -0.040 litre
Garnish –
lemon -1
butter paper -1 roll
METHOD:
Sieve flour and 1 tsp. Salt in a bowl. Rub in 2 tsp. of ghee. Gradually add warm water. Mix well. Knead until soft. Leave aside for 20 min. Knead again and divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Shape them into round balls Roll out the dough and cook on the griddle. In a pan sauté dices of paneer with sliced onions, capsicum, chat masala, chopped coriander, chili, tomato garlic chutney, lemon juice and seasonings. Stuff into each roll. Garnish: onion laccha , lemon chilii, coriander sprigs , butter paper.
