INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese slice 250 gms
Amul grated cheese 100 gms
For Pesto sauce
Mint 10gms
Coriander 10 gms
Garlic 5 gms
Basil 5 gms
Roasted cashewnut 25 gms
FOR SAUCE
Tandoori garam masala 1 tbsp.
Podi masala 2 tbspn
Roasted tomato 100 gms
Ghee 2 tbspn
METHOD:
- Thinly slice the paneer.
- Make a pesto sauce combining of all the ingredients above mentioned.
- Marinate the paneer with this thick pesto sauce, roll it and tie it up with spring onion
- Make a spicy, tangy sauce of roasted tomatoes, tandoori masala, salt, ghee and podi powder
