Chowman, India’s leading Asian dining chain, proudly unveils its inaugural Asian Food Festival—a landmark celebration marking 15 years of delighting food lovers with authentic pan-Asian cuisine. This special edition festival brings together a curated selection of iconic and lesser-known dishes from six Asian culinary powerhouses: Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and China. Hosted across Chowman outlets in Kolkata, Bengaluru, Delhi, and Hyderabad, the festival promises an unforgettable journey through Asia’s rich and diverse food heritage.

Taking its commitment to authenticity a step further, Chowman invites guests to experience the essence of Asian culture through flavours that evoke nostalgia, curiosity, and discovery. From beloved staples like Chicken Katsu and Bibimbap to hidden gems such as the Hanoi Pho Bowl and Sakana Teriyaki, each dish has been carefully crafted to offer a true taste of the region it represents.
