In conducting business every startup should realise the value of good communication. In life, you really achieve a gold medal when you have mastered your ability to speak, ability to write and display the unique quality of your ideas.
Patrik Winston, the MIT professor often advised his students as to how you can improve your skills to speak, ability to write and generate quality ideas.
Here are the quick tips:
1 .Try to fathom how much your audience knows about the topic ?Just tailor it per audience. You will get the maximum result.

2 . Be passionate when you speak. Internalize 360 degree knowledge about the topic, practice, turn your nervous energy into positive power play.

3 . Speak slowly. With pause.bEnable the audience to absorb what you are trying to mean, what you are trying to communicate. Use phrases like ” for example ” and ” in other words” to recapitulate.

4 . Ability to write is a master talent. Because clear writing indicates clear thinking. When you write you tend to be precise, articulate and watchful. Now that remote control is a practice, the ability to write is a precious talent. Precise and easy to understand writing skill gets developed only by practice. So write, write and write.

5. Coming to generating high yielding ideas, the best way to go about is identifying a real life problem and initiating a process of deep thinking so as to come up with a practical solution to solve the problem.
