Managing Director of Roach Lifescapes, Christina Roach brings to life a vision of hospitality through Slohh by Roach, inspired by the Malnad plantation homes of Karnataka, as a founder of Slohh by Roach Bengaluru, a Curio Collection by Hilton property. Her leadership has been central to establishing Slohh by Roach Bengaluru as a distinctive addition to Bengaluru’s hospitality landscape, with her blend of creativity, business acumen and a considered approach to hospitality has been instrumental in shaping the property’s identity. Being an emerging voice in India’s hospitality industry, She has played a hands-on role in bringing together thoughtful design and guest-centric thinking to craft an experience that unfolds in the details, from a colour palette that traces the life cycle of a coffee bean, to a retro-inspired soundtrack of Country, jazz and classics flowing through the hotel’s social spaces.
Christina works closely across teams including human resources, marketing and creative direction, taking a collaborative and front-facing approach to leadership. With a meticulous eye for detail and a sharp aesthetic sensibility, she brings rigour and intention to every decision, from shaping the property’s identity to creating its guest experiences. In quiet nods to the region’s coffee heritage, and inspired by the spirit of a cabinet of curiosities, every corner of the property holds a story.
