KEMPEGOWDA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT BENGALURU TOPS IN FLYER SATISFACTION GLOBALLY ALONG WITH ABU DHABI AND ATLANTA AIRPORTS

The Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru has bagged the best airport globally in terms of passenger’s satisfgaction along with Atlanta and Abu Dhabi Airports.

A total of 15 airports participated in the worldwide competition. The announcement came after a latest consumer satisfaction survey conducted by Airports Council International (ACI) Word. BLR Airport aims to be the new gateway of India and has been improving its operationsl efficiencies.

The two other airports  to get the top positions are –  Abu Dhabi International Airort in the United Arab Emirates and Hartsfield – Jackson Atlanta Airport in the United States of America.

This was part of the ACI’s ASQ Arrival Survey Globally reported conducted in 2022. The analysis is based on 30 key performace indicators.

“We thank Airports Council International (ACI) for recognizing #BLRAirport as the ‘Best Airport at ACI’s ASQ Arrival Survey Globally for the year 2022’. Chosen by passengers, BLR Airport emerged as the winner among 15 participating airports globally for its arrival experience,” tweets BLR Airport authority on Tuesday.

Commenting  on the occasion, Mr. Hari Marar, MD and CEO of Bangalore International Airport Ltd said, “We are truly honored to receive the Best Airport at ACI’s ASQ Arrival Survey Globally for the year 2022. This recognition comes as a testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment put forth by our team. We would also like to thank our passengers for their unwavering trust and confidence in us. This survey is conducted in over 340 airports worldwide and is considered the industry standard for measuring airport service quality. BLR Airport emerged as the winner among 15 participating airports worldwide, marking a momentous achievement.
