Dhol Dhak Dhunuchi 3.0 by The Westin, In Rajarhat in Kolkata is the epitome of Durgotsav,celebration. Bollywood superstar and Asansol MP, Shatrughan Sinha has inaugurated the Dhol Dhak Dhunuchi festival at The Westin Kolkata.
“With the first of its kind, hosted in a 5 – Star Hotel and a melange of celebration, dining experiences and live entertainment , Dhol Dhak Dhunuchi aims at bringing another season of festivities and celebrations with keeping your safety and health at the core,” says Subhas Sinha, General Manager of The Westin.
The Pujo begins at 8 AM on 1 st October ( maha sasthi) . Besides Puspanjali, Chandi path, Sandhya arati is also taking place. The bisarjan will be held in the evening on Bijaya Dashami.
It is a grand celebration of Durgotsav, the biggest festival of the state with an extravagant pandal, grand buffet, live entertainment, dhol dhak, dhunuchi dancers, all set up in a 5000 square feet pandal experience.
‘Westin Bhuri Bhoj’ is organised in The Westin Ballroom from 1 to 5 th October. The lunch will be available from 12.30 PM to 4.00 PM and dinner from 7 PM to 1 AM. For entertainment there have been dhol dhak, dhunuchi dancers and live entertainment shows.
The ‘Pujor Mahabhoj’ will be available at the Seasonal Taste , 10 th Floor from 1 st to 5 th October. Breakfast is available from 6.30 AM to 10.30 AM, lunch from 12.30 PM to 4.00 PM and dinner from 7 PM to 1 AM. Live musical entertainment all day long.
Buffet offerings : An exquisite dining experience with a grand buffet spread , an array of live stations, Kolkata street food, bengali delicacies, exclusive veg counters, mocktails, cocktails, premium beverages and much more.
‘A Divine Asian Feast’, has been organised at Nori, 31 st Floor at the Westin from 1 st to 5 th October. The lunch will be available from 12.30 PM to 4 PM and dinner from 7 PM to 1 AM. There will be live music all day.
Buffet offerings : This Durgotsav, indulge in truly Asaian flavours at Nori as the chefs serve up a delightful buffet with salads, Sushi, Dim Sums and other favourites. Choose from an array of premium beverages to pair with the meal as you soak in the panoramic view of the 31 st floor of The Westin Kolkata.
‘Sky High Bhoj’ is organised in 32 Helipad lounge at 32 nd floor of the Westin from 1 st to 5 th October. Lunch will be available from 12.30 Pm to 4 pm and dinner will be srerved from 7 Pm to 1 AM. There will be live music and DJ performances.
Buffet Offerings : Revel under Kolkata’s skyline as people will indulge in a grand buffet with a blend of Indian and Continental delicacies, chef crafted buffet for vegetarians and non vegetarians. Choose from a melange of premium beverages and cocktails as the visitors look over the city.
