Greek Yoghurt Tostadas :….A simple but elegant open loaf canapés in tostadas style .
INGREDIENTS :
French Loaf
Greek Yoghurt
Sumac Powder
Parsley
Virgin Olive oil
Chives
Garlic Lemon Butter
Mix Olive chopped ,
Jalapeno
Full cream
METHOD :
Cut the French loaf diagonally , Toasted it well crispy both the side , in a other side take a mixing bowl , add Greek yoghurt , add chopped parsley , jalapeno , olives , seasoning , keep a side , place melted garlic lemon butter , dollop the Greek yoghurt , topped with drops of olive oil , sumac powder dusted and chives fan .
