BREAKING NEWS : RAMJHOL 2.0 FESTIVAL IS A SUCCESSFUL INNOVATION TO CONNECT RAJASTHAN AND KOLKATA WITH RAJASTHANI CULTURE SAYS HINGLAJ DAN RATNOO

KOLKATA, 11 AUGUST 2024:

The  Kolkata Creativity Center (KCC)  was successful in bringing the culture of entire Rajasthan to the lush green land of Bang by successfully organizing Ramjhol 2.0 Festival in their premises.

The occasion was the four-day Ramjhol 2.0 Festival organized by Kolkata Creativity Center (Emami Group ) in which it seemed as if entire Rajasthan had descended on Bangbhoomi Kolkata. This four-day Ramjhol 2.0 festival was full of Rajasthan’s art, culture, literature, music, costumes, food and all the colours of Rajasthan.

Speaking as the special guest of the inaugural session, Assistant Director of Rajasthan Information Centre Kolkata, Department of Information and Public Relations, Government of Rajasthan, Hinglaj Dan Ratnoo, while speaking at the Ampi Theatre of Emami (Kolkata Creativity Centre), said that Ramjhol 2.0 festival is the most successful innovation to connect the entire enlightened people of Bengal, including the migrant Marwaris living far away from their land, with Rajasthani culture.

The chief guest of the inaugural session was Kolkata Creativity Centre (Emami) CEO, famous industrialist Mrs. Richa Agarwal. Present on the stage as special guests were Sanmarg’s Managing Director Mrs. Ruchika Gupta and Kolkata Creativity Centre’s Cultural (KCC)  Director Mrs. Pramila Shah and famous scholar and theatre artist Mrs. Anubha Fatehpuria.

Ramjhol 2.0 was filled up  with the literary vision of Padma Shri Ali Ghani of Rajasthani Maand, international Sufi and Kabir Vani singer Shabnam Virmani, renowned singers of the country Saurindra Mullick and Saumya Das, Rahgir’s Ghoomar, and literary giants Shri Rajendra Kedia and Shri Priyankar Paliwal and Hinglaj Dan Ratnoo in various sessions during the four days.

“Ramjhol 2.0 festival was successful as a  cultural bridge connecting Bengal and Rajasthan,” concluded Mrs. Pramila Shah.
