After rocking popularity of the Vande Bharat trains with sitting accommodation, the sleeper version of Vande Bharat trains is in the anvil for launch by the first half of next year (2024). The sleeper version of Vande Bharat trains will have better suspension and better lighting than other trains for comfortable long distance journey. The next generation interior will take care of passenger requirements such as enough spaces and comfortable ladder to reach upper berths. The Vande Bharat sleeper trains will be a significant addition to Indian Railways’ fleet as the trains will facilitate long distance journey to passengers on board in this high speed trains overnight.
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw  in a tweet has also mentioned that the faster prototype of the sleeper version of the Vande Bharat train will be rolled out in the early 2024.
Now passenger will prefer to avail trains specially by Vande Bharat wiith sleeper facility in comparison to other modes of transport, as it will be comfortable & affordable too.
Indian Railways has also planned to manufacture 400 Vande Bharat trains (Sleeper version) of different technologies with the aiges of Technology Partners for manufacturing within Indian Railways Production Units with Indian Railways manpower.
